Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or pick-up are non-refundable, as preparation of your order may have already started.
