Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

Order Preparation

All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Please select your preferred delivery or pick-up date when placing your order.

Delivery

Local delivery is available within selected areas of Curaçao.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our location and will be shown during checkout.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location. If we are unable to complete the delivery because no one is available, additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Pick-Up

Orders can also be collected directly from The Farmer’s Bakery at the selected pick-up date and time.

Please arrive as close as possible to your scheduled pick-up time. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you contact us.

Once your order has been collected, the customer is responsible for transporting and storing the cake safely.

Cake Transportation

Cakes should be transported on a flat, stable surface in an air-conditioned vehicle and should not be left in direct sunlight or excessive heat.

Due to Curaçao's warm climate, we recommend taking your cake directly to its destination and refrigerating it when required.

Once an order has been delivered or picked up in good condition, The Farmer’s Bakery cannot be held responsible for damage caused by transportation, heat, improper handling or incorrect storage.
